If we offer a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. You may only use one free trial per person. We will disclose the trial length, post-trial price, and cancellation instructions before you start, and send a reminder at least 48 hours before the trial ends.

By submitting User Content, you grant Lumyna a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (only as necessary to operate the Service), and distribute your User Content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law. We may remove or refuse to host any User Content at our discretion.
If you submit suggestions or feedback, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free right to use them without compensation.
We do NOT use your private User Content (such as dream journal entries) to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 17, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action not subject to arbitration is the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
Before filing any formal claim, you and Lumyna agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS PROCEEDING.
