Welcome to Lumyna. By accessing or using our spiritual guidance application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

For Entertainment Purposes Only

Lumyna's dream interpretations and oracle readings are provided for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on behalf of that organization.

2. Description of Service

Lumyna provides:

AI-powered dream interpretation through Tarot card readings and I Ching hexagram matching
Three-coin I Ching oracle divination readings
Personalized daily fortune readings (Premium feature)
Reading history storage and management

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

Provide accurate registration information
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Not share your account with others
Not create accounts using automated means

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Lumyna offers the following subscription tiers:

7-Day Pass ($1.99): One-time payment, no auto-renewal. Access expires after 7 days.
Monthly Sanctuary ($6.90/month): Recurring subscription, auto-renews monthly. Cancel anytime.
Annual Ascendance ($59.90/year): Recurring subscription, auto-renews annually. Cancel anytime.

Billing channels:

Web purchases: processed by Stripe. By subscribing on the web you authorize us to charge your payment method via Stripe.
iOS in-app purchases: processed by Apple through your App Store / iTunes account in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA. Apple, not Lumyna, controls billing, taxes, and refunds for iOS purchases.
Android in-app purchases: processed by Google through Google Play Billing in accordance with Google Play's terms. Google, not Lumyna, controls billing, taxes, and refunds for Android purchases.

Auto-renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. To cancel: web subscribers use the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings → Manage Subscription); iOS subscribers use iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android subscribers use Play Store → Subscriptions. You retain access until the end of the current paid period.

Refund Policy: Stripe (web) purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refunds for iOS purchases must be requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for Android purchases must be requested through Google Play or the Google Play Help Center.

Free Trials and Introductory Offers: If a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the standard rate unless you cancel before the trial ends. The 7-Day Pass is a one-time charge with no auto-renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or data
Submit content that is harmful, illegal, or infringes on others' rights
Use automated tools to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the Lumyna name, logo, software, and original text — are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the dream descriptions and questions you submit.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI INTERPRETATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time, free of charge, using any of these methods:

In the app: Settings → Delete My Account.
On the web: https://lumyna.io/delete-account.html.
By email: send a deletion request from your account email to adelody@lumyna.io; we process within 30 days.

Account deletion permanently removes your data per our Privacy Policy and is irreversible. Deletion does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees already charged, and active iOS / Android subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple or Google.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
